Well, not precisely, but here's the way it works:
India imports crude oil at a discount from Russia.
This crude is refined into consumer products, including gas, at India's largest refinery in Jamnagar, Gujarat, by Reliance Industries, which is owned by the Ambani family, and headed by the richest man in India, Mukesh Ambani.
These products are then sold around the world and to the US.
This while Trump is charging tariffs and berating European countries and India for Importing hydrocarbon products from Russia.
Yet more Hypocrisy from our fearless leader.
