remaking problems

I can get so sensitve, strict, angry, furious, enrages, etc... so easily... and the only way that calms me down is when people see my stuff and comment
I'll have problems on what to remake to source filmmaker, or old pics as stuff got deleted out, and nobody would care or love me since i joined social media.
