*inside Tay's bedroom, he was packing up his vision, getting ready to throw it away*
Izzy: Tay, wait! You're making a mistake.
Tay: What mistake? I'm doing myself a favor. Not just myself, but this entire family. Not to mention the many people who hated me purely because I was stupid will be proud of me. *leaves with his packed vision*
Izzy: *tears up* Okay...
*at a nearby lake, Tay was going to throw his vision by the river, until Sonic came by and saw Tay*
Sonic: Hey, Tay. I heard what happened. Are you really considering quitting the fury team altogether?
Tay: I feel like it's the logical step in my path to my life.
Sonic: What if I told you that it's the worst mistake of your life?
Tay: How so?
Sonic: Well...if you leave the fury team behind, you're also leaving your girlfriend behind. That, in turn, will cause a bad future to shift on your end.
Tay: Bad future? All because I want to expand my horizon?
Sonic: You're not getting it. *places his hand on Tay's head, causing his eyes to glow*

Tay: *looks around to see the amount of damage* Oh, no...what happened?
*a white entity with spots arrives*
????: You happened!
Tay: Who are you?
????: I am known as The Spot! I came to destroy this timeline!
Tay: You...what?
The Spot: You don't get it...do you? Thanks to you leaving the fury team behind, and your raccoon girlfriend, it allowed me and my new comrades to take over the Fury Fighters Universe.
Tay: Ah, crap!
The Spot: Not to mention, I wiped out EVERYONE you love! Live with that! As I TAKE YOUR LIFE!!! *attacks Tay*
*back to the present*
Tay: *snaps back to reality* What the...so if I leave, everyone I know will die?
Sonic: Yes.
Tay: I didn't think me wanting to leave would kill everyone...if me staying means everyone will survive, then fine...not like I'll live long enough to be with Becky...
Sonic: Hold that thought. *places his hand on Tay's head, causing his eyes to glow again*
*we cut to a grown Tay meeting up with a grown Becky and a kid of their own, a dingo-raccoon hybrid*
Future Becky: So, how was work today?
Future Tay: It was good. The gardes managed to utilize the mekas I made for them.
????: Daddy work with mekas?
Future Becky: Yes, Oliver. He does.
*cut back to the present*
Tay: *snaps back to reality* What the heck was that?
Sonic: That, Tay, was a taste of what happens if you stay with the group.
Tay: So, if I leave, I risk killing everyone, but if I stay long enough, I might have a chance of having a good future and a kid with Becky?
Sonic: Yes, does that make sense?
Tay: Actually, that makes complete sense.

Tay: Maybe...I SHOULD stay longer... *leaves* Where's Becky?
Sonic: Sweet! *takes out a comm and speaks to it* FFU Sonic to Maurice. Anomaly averted. Canon event reestablished.
