What got you into bondage?

hooooooo boyyyyyy, this is a big question

i think a big part was definitely this one journey to the west series i watched. if you know anything about the books, you know that Tripitaka was getting kidnapped by demons every five minutes.
another big factor was probably ice age. where we have a big guy who gets tied up twice. probably a few more times. idk i didn't watch all the movies because i had to grow up and become boring.
and a few years later, i think i'm fine, and then i stumble across bondagefanart's work. and it was alllll downhill from there.

Very intresting, yeah a lot of my kinks and interests were from movies and TV shows too, bondagefanart is also another artists I saw early on and his artwork is why I love bondage a ton too.

i feel like it's a canon event for all furries into bondage to encounter bondagefanart at some point

What are you most favourite aspect about drawing bondage?

i think my favourite aspect about drawing it myself is probably getting to indulge myself. i used to be a pretty prudish guy, so i get a bit of an adrenaline spike whenever i remember that i can draw whatever the hell i want.

and when it comes to something i refuse to draw, it probably just comes down to fetishes that just aren't for me, namely diapers, scat, tf, and a few others which currently escape me.
and also genitals. i kinda find it more appealing if they're not completely naked.

hmmmmm... biggest fictional crush would be haida from aggretsuko (made a whole artwork about that and i'll do it again)

and my favourite colour is pink! it's been my fave since like kindergarten

what is it about bondage that's intising to you? is the feeling of restraint? restraining others?

a bit of both. i haven't drawn myself in bondage yet, but i am a big fan of being on the receiving end, in real life and in my art.

but to actually try and answer your question, i kind of like the enveloping of it. well, only a little. i don't like the idea of being mummified or covered from head to toe, i still want a bit of me to be free. but i still love the feeling of having to stay where i am, and do one or two things: wriggle and make noise.

in art, i just think my sona looks cute, and would look especially so if he were put in restraints. jester deserves some good ol' gaggery.

but when it comes to fictional bondage, i just love the idea of someone in danger without being in danger, if that makes any sense. they're not in danger of being killed or worse, but they're still forced into a position that's degrading, and that's very alluring to me. i get to enjoy someone in peril without feeling guilty that someone's probably about to endure something messed up.

I agree with you on peril, it's fun for a bit of danger but nothing truly messed up, wouldn't ever do anything expressly non-consensual.

As for the question, how did you come to your current form? Was it based on anything in particular?

well, i wanted to change it because i wanted something that more accurately showed my personality. and also my body type. unfortunately, i am not super buff. i'm actually kinda pudgy and short.

the actual design itself is nothing particular, it's mostly just me throwing things i like whatever. the colour combination was me wanting something that would make the pink pop, and long floppy ears that'd be fun to draw.

the outfit's actually more interesting. since some people can be weird about me being genderfluid (only ever referring to me with masculine terms, mostly) i wanted to make a design where it was undeniable. hence the skirt with no shirt. the leggings were just because i couldn't be bothered to make a fur pattern on the legs (ᵕ—ᴗ—)

i actually still have my old sona's jacket, except now it's more loosely hanging off my shoulders, like a hunter's animal pelt. and i think that's badass
