I really miss all you guys at FA! My internet has been down for a few months now< so its tough to find internet access between working 2 jobs and sleeping.
It's been 5 months since hubby walked out on me and I may have already found the perfect mate. Its strange. He has been a close friend for over 2 years. He never crossed any lines when we hung out or even showed interest in me. We were just the best of friends. After hubby walked, this guy was an open ear to talk to. About 3 months after hubby walked, the friend crossed that line out of the friend zone and kissed me...I felt like I had been hit by a thunderbolt. It's been sparks and fireworks ever since :)
By the time my buddy kissed me, I was past the depression and anger stages of recovery. I was healing. I was starting to believe that hubby leaving me was for the better. I was starting to find myself again. Life was good. Life is better now.
The buddy, a wolf, is amazingly loving and attentive and gentle. We have been trying so hard to take things slowly, but things are moving so fast! Please, no warning me about taking things fast, especially after a long term relationship ending. I know how it can go. But dammit, I have never been loved like this and if it ends in disaste then so be it. Everyone should experience this type of love at least once!
My wolfie is amazing and I hope to make it a lasting thing.
Hugs and kisses to all my FA friends. Now that the holidays have come to an end, I hope to be online at least once a week to check in and say hi. No promises though, I really stink at keeping them :/

I'm glad to hear you're doing better, and I'm SUPER glad to hear you've found somebody right. I still don't understand why your hubby walked out on you... little prick. That was wrong. :|

I'd love to meet the guy some time. I'm in town this weekend, if I can nab a car. Sadly, Riko's back at school even over the holiday for some basketball game things.
I loved hanging with you and Riko and I'm bummed I wasn't able to hang out more. Hopefully, we can stay in touch...and there's always "Welcome to Moe's!"

Wolfie and I are looking at 10 years of being together later this year and have a daughter together. With her older brother doting on her regularly, we're one happy family. Who knew it would work out so nicely?
