OMFG I HATE MYSELF
Everytime I try to draw a human, I end up giving them animal ears. Then a tail. Then fur. Then all of a sudden...
ugh. What's the point of being an artist when you can't even draw people? I don't want to draw furries forever.
I hate being emotional. I HATE STRESSS. GODFUCKINDAMMMIT

you'll be fine trust me, you can do it;]
Furries are generally easier to draw. There are cartoonish and can easily be drawn in a way that is hardly criticised. Since there is nothing in reality to honestly compare it to however We've all seen Humans, and so we get a sense of them, and can easily tell if something is out of proportion or just plain wrong. Which makes Humans quite a challenge to draw properly ... most people I know of, rather ignore taking classes in life drawing and delve straight into How to Draw Manga books; the bane of actual artistic skill.
To point, You don't have to draw people to be an Artist. ^.^ I started by drawing sea shells, skulls of different animals and odd antiques in a classroom. Only humans were the ones in pictures given, but they were by far limited... >.> To remedy both our situations, I'd recommend finding about a Dozen of different people, some old, some young, some black and some white, Male and female etc, and draw them. Gaining some practice... there was that photo meme sometime ago, so maybe that wasn't an in vain attempt at annoying everyone out of a sense of narcissism. Although almost everyone on FA looks like a nerdy white male in their late teens, with thick framed glasses.
Yet once some practice with human faces from the angles permitting in the photos, I'd try drawing from memory or imagination. Then look through 'Making Faces' By 8 Fish Studio, it's a useful book on different expressions. Which also has a small section on drawing faces, but it's rather generic and minimal at best. Mostly it focuses on Drawing the actual expressions for the face.

DAMN stupid comment to make.
Well just look on the upside hun you can draw. I can't but I have enough artist friends to know. Every artist improves as they draw. You'll get a grasp on the human thing. Hell I had a friend who about 2 years ago, couldn't draw human's or profiles now she can. Just cause you can't do it now, doesn't mean you won't be able to in the future dear.
