I second this. Like... YCH's are good to a point... but if that is all you are posting, and the art that results from it... it does show a certain lack of... spontaneity... I suppose would be accurate?
Auctions also cause hurt feelings if that is all you offer. Not a lot of people will have the money to bid at all times, so unless you have a standard schedule and do not deviate from that... not everyone who would like to pay or support you will be able to get something.
That said, your style is really really neat yes ^_^
EDIT: Oh, one thing you seem to be really good at is clothing designs for a non-human body. That is not very common, which is... honestly weird for this fandom XD
I think I'm on the "Just some cool stuff you love doing" train myself, because you are a good artists and you have a unique style. A big roadblock is, unfortunately, I don't have the money to gamble with an auction or a bid on a YCH and such.
Information makes or breaks a decision, so I think if you open up for commissions and set up a concise terms of service, you can get a lot of traction.
Me, personally, all I really wanna see is you doing what you love because, again, you're a great artist IMO.
Actually, I'm always open up for commissions, but you're right, I need to be reminded of this more often. And thank you, you keep me alive with your supportive comments.
I'd love more flatsales, or something along the lines of the croc I purchased from you years back. Echoing the commentor who mentioned you do clothing on non-humanoids very well ;)

But it's always hard with designs, because it has to just *click* with me. Not much help, I know...
