Question on Messengers
For some reason MSN and AIM messengers on my laptop never minimize. Well, what I mean is... The main messenger window always stays in my taskbar, when I would really rather have it just as an icon in my menu thing on the side. It gets irritating to me otherwise when I have so many "windows" open. Yahoo doesn't do this to me, and AIM hasn't done it to me in the past, but MSN is a pain with it especially.
Does anyone know if this is something with the programme, or is my laptop just being a dick?
Thank you ahead of time :)
PS: Don't leave "lol iunno" comments, that defeats the purpose of this. I want to have a possible solution, not ten people telling me they have no problems themselves...
EDIT
THANKS
I hate Trillian, and any of those, so.. lol, oh well. I don't use MSN either, just the problem started with MSN and then AIM started acting funny. But thank you for the suggestions anyway.

Runs all of your accounts at once, and you can minimize them (at least Pidgin and Trillian).
Of course, they do come with their fair share of problems, but I've actually had less with Pidgin than with MSN, because MSN is just that bad.
So it could very well be the program, or it could be your system. If you've got any sort of adjusted theme (ie AlienGUIse), it might be messing it up too.
