Funny you should write this, I was thinking the same thing not too long ago. Granted, I'm one to talk - but porn sells, it's the internets after all. I think the tradgedy is not in that an artist may draw adult content now and then, or even all the time. What matters is that he or she is satisfied with what is drawn. In it's defense, porn is good anatomy practice, requires you to know your shit, especially when multiple people are tangled together... and yes, as you say, it garners attention... yeah, I lost my trail of thought there - but what I think I was trying to say is that it's an astute observation you've made - but the answer to your question is probably too subjective to answer definitively.

I know what you mean. I think the most I did was one porn thing or 2, and those ha d a good amount of time spent on them. I mostly do nudes. But yeah, I definetly know what you mean. I'm still depressed about it.

It does seem to be oddly tough for those of us who try our damnedest to keep porn out of our galleries.. it's a shame, really. I know I get frustrated when I spend 6 to 12 hours on something that people barely pay attention to when you compare it to the number of hits a simply- and oft-times badly - drawn porn image will get. :|

I have nothing against people who prefer to draw it, I can understand why - it brings in the money. And a lot of people enjoy drawing it. I'm just not one of them.
