Can someone help me learn the program? If someone helps me with the basics, I could probably learn from there, I just kinda... need to learn this program apparently lol. HELP

Painting Bird said you don't have a choice in the matter? Probably a good place to start is: What do you need to make?
Pretty much everything is vectoring, using the pen tool, or using Live Trace on lower quality images to make them appear hi-res for printing and billboards and such
Or at least that's what I learned. It's also good for making logos and stuff. I don't have AI in front of my right now but hopefully by the end of today.
What exactly do you need to know?
