Aww! Babe, don't break yourself if you are hurting this bad! Working out is supposed to be good for your body, you don't have to kill it! If you are having these problems, go to bed earlier to get more sleep. That's what people 'don't' tell you when you work out, it's that you have to increase your sleep when you increase your activity. Your body isn't rebuilding itself if you are so stressed out. It means your hormones are working hard and your body is working harder to rebuild. Exercise is supposed to make you feel better, happier, refreshed even.

I have been going to bed earlier, the earlier I fall asleep is around.. 9pm till 5am. Since I get ready for school at 5am T.T.. I have noticed I've been sleepier.. and yah. Really..? I know its supposed to make me refreshed..
