to get the money out of your paypal, either sign up for a paypal debit card OR you can transfer your funds to your bank account =>

go to nearest banking office and make own debit card. its easy. u will have no troubles with make it. may be only one. u have to be older then 18 years... its depends on country law, but i think at ur country u have to be older 18 years old to make an debit card. then creating an account at paypal and typing card number. then they took almost 2 dollars from ur card... when they aproove ur card, u will recive 2 dollars to paypall. it will take couple of days to add card to paypall.
