Fuck it all. Fuck it all!
Guess who we heard from a few months back? The vet.
Guess what he had to say? My dog, my BEST FRIEND, had cancer in his left leg. A tumor the size of my effing fist by now, but I digress.
Guess who we heard from a few days back? The vet.
Guess what he had to say? Hey, turns out Oliver (that's doggy) can be saved! They'll have to amputate his leg, but whatever, he'll live painlessly! I actually went and thought "Hey, maybe life isn't a bitch after all!"
... Guess who we heard from today? If you said "Obama", you lose. It was the vet again.
Guess what he had to say? Oliver ain't gonna live. He's got three months at most, since the cancer somehow managed to spread all over his body in the span of several days. The most we can do is look after him for his last months.
I'm not asking for sympathy, just understanding.I hope you'll forgive me if I'm a bit late with requests/trades/gifts, but this is my best friend I'm talking about.
At the most, I'll post a pic of him. A final homage to the greatest friend I ever had.
I'll see you around, and thank you for understanding.
P.S. Yeah, God? You better have a damned good explanation when I get up there. Oliver doesn't deserve this.

Aww, I know how you feel. Alot of my childhood pets died due to cancer :(
