If I know you and we're cool like that, then yes. If I don't know you very well, then no, not without permission. If you're not sure which one of these you are, then I don't know you well enough.
I like hugs, but I don't like intimate closeness or touching with people I'm not comfortable with. Just ask, and if I politely decline, it just means I don't feel comfy, so talk to me instead. =)
Can I talk to you?
YES! Please do. I'm horribly shy sometimes and I sometimes suck at small talk, but I do really love meeting new people. If I have my headphones on however, that most likely means I don't want to be disturbed. I only do this when I start to get social anxiety or when I just really want to concentrate on work when there are distractions about.
Can I buy you lots of drinks?
Uuuh, I like drinks. I will give you lots of thank-yous and smiles. I'm not a fan of diet drinks, but other then that, I love citrus and fruit drinks (and soda) and if someone happens to find some good tea I will heap many praises and thanks upon thee.

Um, I like money. You too? Let's be friends. I don't like getting money for free so if you really want to give me money, please pic some fun art I can do in return, I'd love that!

Not unless I ask you to. I'm not big on getting scratched either and unless you ask remember, please do NOT touch my head. I have a sensitive scalp and sometimes it's quite painful to have my head/hair touched.

Yes. I look pissed a lot when I work and when I'm nervous, and I don't always smile as much as I should but I'm friendly, honest. If you say hello I'll greet you with a smile.

No, but I gravitate towards people I know or people who share something in comon with me, like other artists.
