-_- I swear I hate working at times, especially for the fact that I am a manager. First off today, almost as soon I get in I get chewed out for making a change order because of fucking "lines" - I assure you there were none. Then I get pulled into the office because some nut-job got pissy because I wouldn't let them get some batteries that they had "left" without a receipt. Policy says that we can't give someone something that they "left" without a receipt. So this rude customer reports me to my store manager. Second of all I get told that I'm not "professional" on the damn walky. I told him that I cannot hear most of the managers because they speak too low and second they never respond when I ask- and I think that they can't hear me. I was told on several occasions that I speak too low and to speak louder. So I did, and so the Store manager thinks that I get snappy. I told him I don't, I said I just try to project my voice because no one responds and I don't think anyone hears me. Feh... I'm tired of this crap. On a good note, he did say I was the hardest working CSM there and he doesn't thank me enough... Somehow that's not enough to get my spirits up. Feh...

Which puts me into the 'no-art' mood yet again. *Sighs* Work bums me out, especially when I get nasty customers and managers who don't understand.
