No. That CSI episode was heavily sensationalist. Ok, sure, everyone knows sex occurs, and even sex in fursuits goes on. But to my knowledge, they're not massive orgies and are privately held. As has already been stated; they do their best to hide the adult aspects of the fandom. XD

After reading more carefully, I have to say that this stuff does not go on publicly at conventions, but rather at the hotels assigned to the conventions >,..,< As for meeting out in the desert for mass orgies, it is possible, sure, and it has most likely happened. Never happens at a con itself most fursuiters are really cute and the suits don't look like they came from the out of the dump, a lot of hugs going around but no furpile orgies. That Episode does not reflect a real con at all. I did have a good giggle from it tho
