What tablet to buy?

Okey... It can be funny question, but I must ask:
So, what tablet to buy?
From last months I collecting money for new tablet. After 5 (maybe more) years I'm totally bored with my old Wacom Volitio 2 tablet, and wanna buy new one, to have much more fun with digital drawings and better improving my skills.
But I have also few limits for tablet:
- 'Active work size' can't be lower than 12' inch for LCD (obszar roboczy, nie mniejszy niż 12 calowe matryce).
- Grip Pen must have electromagnetic resonance. I just don't like change batteries in pen, and always hate that must-to-do-after-some-time (but of course it can be changed).
- Price, no higher than 700$/2000 pln
- No PENTAGRAM TABLET!
- If it's possible, and price is nice, I was always interested in LCD tablet. I always wants to see picture under my 'digital' pen on 'work area', not in "other monitor" :)
I was thinking about (Wacom Intuos 4 L) http://www.allegro.pl/item899376377.....photoshop.html . They adding nice usefull software! :) Of course working even with that smallest (when I bought) Wacom, I just NEVER had any problems with him (just few, but it was nothing).
I know many of you could have any sort of Pentagram Tablet, but I saw how it works. My few frinds have it (even thoose BIG - A4 or bigger). And they always have some problems (It's like X360 comparing to PS3, it can have more options, have lower prices, but coulds also 'burnout' in some day, and only service can help. Of course know also people who never had smth wrong with X360. With PS3 I never heard about serious events, yeah more expensive, less games blah blah..).
I just don't belive in Pentagram tablets .
I also found these 2 models (just write names in ebay. etc, here is polish auctions):
- Graphic Tablet LCD VISBOARD VD1-19W (yeah, I know, pen had batteries :/) http://www.allegro.pl/item891817115.....19w_fv_gw.html
- Hanvon Art Master 1209 http://www.allegro.pl/item895901146.....ster_1209.html
Don't know that tablets, but Hanvon might be nice, cheeper and very similiar in some way to Wacom, and it's german technology, so you know... :P
If anyone know some good points and bad points of all tablets - ALSO OTHER SIMILIAR PRODUCTS in USA/POLAND and other parts of world, ask your friends, please write, It could be very helpfull for me.
I'm open for Your opinion and ideas about good, not sooooo expensive tablet. Even if some tablets here is to much expensive for you, and buying is ridiculous for your wallet - for me, spending money on that it would be much better (even, if I don't earn 1$ for next 5 years - if I would like to sell drawings) than any drunk parties, drugs, cigarettes (I don't use them) and all similiar shit...
BUT also I don't want spend money on something that'll damage after 2 years without any reason.
