Personally, I'd say no. I've never met a 12 year old that could raise a child. It'd be known as the 12-year-olds-child. I think it'd be better for both the infant and 12 year old to put it up for adoption.

I think assisted suicide should be allowed. If i were paralyzed or brain damaged severly... I'm sorry, but I would not want to live. I wonder if any of my friends would be able to pull the plug on me, or even just hand me a gun and walk away. I hope that some of them would love me enough to do so, even if it hurt.

No, there are plenty of other good way to discipline your children. Like acid! :D okay but seriously, I've met plenty of kids where I know that they just need the SHIT beat out of them. But in the long run, things work out better if you don't use violence with children.
