Seems like my personal user profile is damaged. The laptop I work from is a company computer so I don't have administrative access.. While my pictures are still on my hardrive, If I have to send my laptop away, they may all be deleted with a system restore. Thank you for all the suggestions I really appreciate it.

what are the steps?
To do what you need to do, if you aren't familiar with DOS look up a tutorial on google. For instance, you need to know how to use the DIR (file directory), CD (change directory), and similar commands.
