It has been twelve long LONG months...but finally, today...I'm gonna be getting me SOME!!!

I baked two chocolate cakes, leveled them to the same size, soaked them both in cherry jello overnight, then made a home made cream cheese icing, and spread a full inch to inch and a half of it on top of one of the cakes, then sandwhiched the icing between the other cake, finally on top of the WHOLE thing...I poured two and a half cans of cherry pie cherries.
