I just randomly decided to watch "Animalympics" (1980) for the first time ever... and WOW. Though it doesn't make it into the furpile of my top 10 furry favorite films, it certainly gave me a warm fuzzy feeling that few movies do.

It took me back to my childhood and even farther back (as I was born in 86). Having always been a fan of that early EPCOT era (81-86), It felt very much like a part of me that I'd forgotten or had been missing for a long time.

With its nostalgic period-style music and visuals, its classic family entertainment, and for it simply for being adorably furry... I'm only sad that the Animalympics don't come around every 4 years. ^^
