I had food poisioning once. Not too bad, but I felt like burning shit all day then puked all night. Had no energy the next day.

I'm very compulsive now about what I eat and if it has been in the fridge for more then three days I throw it out.

Sometime when I drink water I get the old you know whats so I boil it and drink it pure now.

I've also had somenela poisoning which is worse then food poisoning because you are intense pain in your stomach for hours so I make sure all meat is well done if I cook it.

I'm sorry you had that.. I know how it feels and believe me I do everything in my power to prevent it. My rule of thumb is if it looks questionable or smells strange don't eat it.

If you smell the sewers in your drinking water don't drink it, I've done that before and paid for it so never again.

I tell you that all of our food now comes from strange lands where you have no clue in hell what they are spraying on it or putting in it.

If it is American made buy it because you know it was pulled off a tree or pulled out of the ground.

This is why I believe China owns us already because we are eating crappy food and getting sick from it if it isn't cooked well done and even then we are still getting screwed.

When my mom was a kid she never had this shit to deal with because they livded off the land and their animals milk so there you go.

Colleges get the worst food and the people who cook it are not even close to amatuers in the cooking field.
