Once it's all set up, it's pretty great. You can get a paypal debit card so you don't have to wait for the funds to transfer to your bank account (what I use).

Only thing is it's not great for large amounts of money, as they start getting suspicious (I guess problems with drug deals?) and may freeze your account or something. Idk though I haven't had problems with that.

All in all, great for extra spending money, but I wouldn't use it for like, making a living...

Yeah it's like that :p If you dont' use it often, and don't have the debit card then I can see it being a pain in the ass haha. But, idk, I use it all the time for commissions and I have the debit card so I can use the money immediately (it saved our ass several times last summer while on vacation lol)

Well I DO have a debit card, I just said "Fuck it" and just linked my paypal to my checking account instead.

Ah well, it's not like I'm gonna use it all that often anyways, I shouldn't be buying commissions with my broke ass

haha I mean I have the PayPal debit card, so like I never even bother with the bank account anymore, although it IS linked to that of course. In any case, at least you'll have the account now for anything you might need it for in the future?

And don't feel too bad about buying commissions, I'm sure the artist is thankful for the money :)

It takes more than three days for the money order to reach the person through the mail, though. Remember yours? I got it a week and a half after you sent it. I set up my PayPal in about three minutes, I dunno what took you so long. :B Once the account is good and done it's gonna be so easy and convenient. Instant payment and instant response. Lots of internet dealies take it (eBay for example) and most, if not all artists on FA take it for payment.

Bah, maybe I'm either just thick or extra unlucky, but it doesn't like cooperating with me.
