As a dweller of Beautiful Borikén, we don't get snow with the current global climate. But, regarding rain, I'm an addict to it!! If it were for me, I'd move to Puerto Rico's Central Range, in order to get 120" = 305 cm of rain per year, while getting it most days!! Still, I have to admit that much of the urban development has been done almost against nature, so many key areas of San Juan's metropolitan area would get flooded when mid to greater intensity &/or duration rains arrive at the scene.
