I was lucky, my wisdom teeth came in all good.

when you get yours removed though, take vampires pictures while your mouth constantly fills up with blood. :P

Believe me, if you jaw hurts, you probably want a checkup, else you might end up hurting damaging more than the whisdom teeth.

My friend was all "Go to the dentist or you'll get infected and die." x.x

Probably not that bad, but I have had the issue of it hurting so bad I couldn't eat for like a day(except for the soft stuff), and if your wisdom is laying on the bottom tooth it could cause some issues with the tooth its laying on.

Eh, that stinks. I'll seriously have to go get it looked at. Usually this happens about this time of year and it'll cool down for about six months and I forget about it. Procrastination at its finest.

How ironic--My girlfriend's going through the same thing right now. o.o I guess it's the season for teething. Guess I was lucky though--mine all came in when I was 16 and 17, and got over with really quickly and grew in straight. >~<;;

I've got the same thing xD Not now, I have like 1 extra tooth, wisedom tooth (but without the wisdom) half grown at the back of my lower jaw on the left side - currently it hurts so I thought it was growing again, ironically and thankfully (maybe) its only a bluster/cut on the gum above it, still annoying but got bonjela to sort it out

bonjela and its like always make me feel like i can't swallow. I hate the feeling. XD

the bugger feels like its burning at first when I put it on and wonder if its doing anything - but spend most of the day not feeling a thing so I assume it is doing the trick, hope it heals soon.

You DEFINITELY need to go to the dentist for these, don't play around with this shit!

Been there, done that. Then bottom two wisdom teeth came at an angle pointing forwards and causing all the teeth in my lower jaw to compress against each other. Thus- they all hurt at the same time, some more than others. Anyways, long story short: I had all three wisdom teeth and a pocket of as-of-yet unformed pocket of pre-tooth matter removed at the same time. Still the only time I've gone under, be it 'under the knife' or under anesthesia. Upside is, while I did have to stuff little wads of cotton padding back there on a regular basis, my gums healed up just fine. One last thing to note, the sooner it's done the better and the easier for the dentist. Reason being, since they hadn't grown in completely just yet, their roots didn't go as deep and that doesn't just make extraction easier, it's also safer for the nerves that run to your chin, at least in my case. The dentist said their roots might have ended up growing around the nerve and while that's okay when the teeth come in straight with plenty of room, it makes extraction a tricky business. Oh, and just because I went to your page to get your age- *AHEM* (hunchbacked monster voice) CREE-PER, CREE-PER! (/end voice) XD Now go see the dentist and his shiny metal tools of pain! No, wait. He's supposed to get rid of the pain... Just get better already!

They'd been eying them for extraction the last time I went to the dentist.. like six years ago. Lol. I'm pretty sure they're in the 'super screwed up' category. I'm probably gonna go to the dentist and hes gonna make a horrible face and flail his arms and scold me.

Ah well, you'll still probably get to experience the unique problem of getting food bits lodged in the surgery site (having your gums peeled back flap-like and then having to wait for them to heal back together is tedious but not particularly painful, especially right after you wake up! Gauze packed in your mouth, plus having a numb mouth and having just woken up conspire to make you nigh unintelligible for at least an hour after surgery, but moms speak good unintelligible ). Of course, you could just go for the action-movie option and get some metal 'jaws from James bond' teeth! XD I-I just ran into this wallaby out in the bush a-and the t-teeth OH GAWD THE TEETH! Maybe ask for a tooth radio? By some stroke of fortune, that was the only time I've needed much in the way of dental, but I really should brush more... No cavities yet! Hmm. Insomnia makes me 'talk' a lot. Se la vie.

I never had a cavity, but I have a fear there may be some hiding at this point.

Well, you'd probably have a constant nagging tooth-ache if you did, or so I've heard.
