Frustrated Bull

Right now my PC sits dead next to me. From my tests I have traced the problem to the memory, maybe the motherboard. I'm hoping that the memory company gets me an RMA to ship them the memory for testing. What really sucks is that I bought more memory of the same kind only to have it start failing as well.
Yeah... Brand new memory starts failing after maybe 20 minutes of use. I ran a memory tester and the new memory has over 60K errors on the first pass for all four gigabytes before I shut it down. Roommate ponders if it could be a motherboard issue, but I won't know for sure until I get the results from the memory test that I am waiting for.
I tried another slot this morning to see if my board is horked instead of the memory. If it is the motherboard then it's another few weeks of trying to get a RMA to swap that part out. And while this is happening I'm just getting more and more frustrated with life.
There are other issues that are also complicating things but I am working through those, but it involves more and more waiting.

Hope everything fixes up for ya soon, there, bro ]:8|
But my initial tests still point to the ram. I put in a suspected bad chip in a slot that was never used and it wouldn't boot properly.
It would really suck if both were having issues.
