Hey all. Just wanted to touch basis as to what's been going on with me. I do want to apologize to my watchers for my lack of updates, i've been juggling around work and finding another job since my first one is in debt to the tune of a couple hundred million and filed for bankruptcy protection. So im trying to find an exit strategy to get another job.

But on the brighter note. im gonna start a little series where i break down desserts to their basic steps and techniques so that we can sort of 'demystify" the desert. so look out for that in the near future.
