ok, i go to mastercuts cause it's cheap and Regis salons owns the store, so the hair stylists go to the same school. first thing i ask is dont cut the duck tail. then she sits me down and asks how short. i said "well if i remember correctly the woman before 3 months ago did a quarter inch. but i'm not sure..." so! she takes the quarter inch and shaves half my head. then asks me if that's ok. for those who dont know, a quart in is about ____ that long. so i simply ask why she didnt use half an inch and see then if it should go shorter. she said "Well you said 1/4." in response... "dont you stylists usually go with the longer heads just in case i was mistaken?" she nodded softly and apologized, then shaved off the sides of my head. when she got to the top of my head she "accidently" cuts the edges to short so when my hair is down the top of my hair it looks sooo awkward! she apologizes again and i jsut go quiet while she cuts. she tried to strike up a conversation but i just sooo wasnt in the mood... so she begins to shave the bottom back of my hair so it's nice and clean.... VRRR..... "did you just cut off my duck tail?" "yeah." "........" so she finishes up, and the bill for my hair came to like $12.50. i asked politely if i could speak to the manager. "oh that's me." *sigh* i ask if the hair could be comped since it was screwed up three times! she said alright, they just want to keep my buisiness. but then i look in the mirror and sigh. i need something to keep it up as a full mohawk like dew. i grabbed the strongest stuff they had, and paid $13.75. SO! i went in there and still spent more than i would have if they didnt screw up. is that fair? i dont think so... now i have to keep it up or i look like a retard AND have to recolor it in 2 or 3 weeks since the super short hair on the sides will be overgrown and brown again.
