Okay, so I bought a Mariah Carey CD in Hollywood last week. Got home, it was broken. So, today, I had to go back. A few friends of mine wanted to come along so we cramed ourselves into my car and headed toward Hollywood (which is about 20 minutes away). Okay, so we're driving on the freeway and all of a sudden I see a wheel fly past my car. So, my friend points out this truck skidding across the freeway with only its backwheels. No axel, no nothing in front. So after we're all like "OMG fuck, did you see that? etc..." and assuming everyone's fine, we get off the highway and that's the end of that. So, we make it to Hollywood and as we're walking toward the store, some drunk guy trips, falls into my friend, and gets all pissed. So we're trying to deal with this drunk guy and all of a sudden he takes a swing at me. He's drunk, so he misses and I take the chance to grab him and throw him to the ground. Instead of kicking his ass, we decide to run because he's drunk and doesn't look like he'd start shit if he was sober. So we make our way into the store and as I'm looking for the Mariah CD, I see the drunk guy come into the store. Well, apparently he wasn't done with us. I'm with my friend Jake at the moment and he spots us. He starts stumbling toward us and we decide to book it to the other side of the store. Meanwhile, our friends know nothing about this. We lose this guy and later, after Jake and I are done semi-hiding; semi-searching for shit to buy, we find our three other friends that were with us. Apparently, the guy got to them, they brawled, and my friend came out with a swollen eye and a busted lip. So, after we FINALLY find my CD, we go outside and the dude is getting arrested. We get into the car and we head back. My friend Cynthia is driving now and we're talking about the day. We get to one of my friend's houses and just chill and play Bioshock. Fun-fun. :D
