I picked up one of my Animorph books from when I was a kid today. (#44, 'The Unexpected', with Cassie morphing into a roo for those wondering.)
I'd somehow forgotten how terrible the writing was.
Still... delishus mind-rotting junk food for my brain. The nostalgia is almost too much!
Oh, and Aries84 finished my icon! Isn't it pretty? Also made me a gift-art ♥ WONDERFUL OWLYFLOOF.
I think she's still open for commissions and has very reasonable prices :} Go have a looksee? She has a lovely style I think you'll agree.

And huh... I don't have much trouble switching them, so long as I ctrl+f5 for SUPA REFRESH.
And yes, Animorphs is full of nostalgia.
I still think the transformation descriptions are ace. And that was kinda what I was really reading them for, not the loose plot that strung them together. :P
She had ghost writers for so many of her books, you have PLENTY OF PEOPLE TO BLAME ;D
(Seriously. Look it up. More than half of it was ghost-written by other authors.)
Cassie reminded me of meeee. It was like someone premade me a marysue. lol
