holy shit dude, she tried to commission me for a badge as well by using somebody' concept art which it was not hers. :( I didn't want to take part of stealing someones design. I don't play the whole copyright stuff it's too much trouble.

My whole deal is, a design is someone's design. Regardless if it's copyright or not. It's common courtesy/common sense. Now, if there is a blue/red/white husky and a blue/red/white fox appears (same colors, diff. design) I don't consider that theft or anything. But yea the whole design jacking thing is bad.

yeah shes watcin me too. i found out about this when she tried to steal serpy's character n commission soki to make her a suit. she said that oshe had permission. she even posted a redraw of serpy n said "THIS IS NOT SERPY. I HAD PERMISSION TO USE THIS CHARACTER" or something allong those lines. yeah...shes bad candy. ALL SUIT MAKERS BEWARE!!

*shudders* Can't help but cringe at the thought of this kind of stuff. I mean I've always had concerns in regards to character design and I always know there is a potential chance that something could be created that looks similar with slight differences which in it's own right feels dicey. I know it's not the case with this person but I will say it is still rather bothersome though from my standpoint it feels kind of like a variant of identity theft. Sure there are wrecked credit scores or anything but last thing I'd want is to attend a con or something and have people wanting my head on a pike because of someone else posing as me doing who knows what kind of crazy stuff.
