If you always dream the same things, than think about it when you are awake. Think about those scenes you dreamed of and make something funny out of them. Learn those scenes by heart and you can sleep very well because if you dream about those thinks like death or so your brain will memorize the funny scenes you learn. well dreams have many purposes, they are a teller of the future if you know how to read the signs. They are also insights on your mental health and your emotional state as well. Even though most of those things are out of your control you must remember that you are the master of your dreams. You can change them to your will, you just have to try. Its a skill that I learned to use because of necessity. To me death in dreams means alot of things, in a personal light, it could mean the "death" of alot of things, like a relationship with some one that you know, it could be the end of a personal time period for you or a multitude of other social relationships or events for you. It could be that the you that you know is changing before your eyes, and its a change that you don't want to embrace. Or it could be a more literal meaning, like the death of a loved one or a pet or something to that effect. The key is that you must not be scared to sleep and dream. Go into the world of dreams confident that you are the master of the realm behind your shut eyes. You must remember that dreams are a by product of your MIND, so use it to make the dream better the way you want it to be. It could also be your mind telling you that you are stressed which you most definitely are. So try this before you go to bed, maybe shower relax and think of a calming thought as you drift to sleep, also if you can get your hands on it, I say this because I am a pagan(it works for me) buy a coulpe sticks of incense and burn them before you go to bed it tends to purge any bad energy that causes nightmares, and sprinkle a little salt in your room to cleanse and purify it. Also if you sleep with a crystal under your pillow it helps to draw the negative energy away, bottom line. Stay positive and thnigs will change.

its like you said. im stressed and im changing little by little. i gave up my guard to my family that im gay. i lost a very good friend because of my own fault of my own stupid self. i have to get over this all but its so hard... sometimes i really wish i could turn back time. to get everything right what was going wrong because of me...

ah now im sitting here and regret everything again. im still so weak to my feelings about what happend last summer. it was all my fault. everything. EVERYTHING!!! DAMMIT!!!

i didnt learned anything out of my mistakes. i did all the same shit over and over again till i lost a friend. till i was sitting in my room all alone with nothing because it was my fault...

well i dont know long time ago i had dreams of that type but i dont know is like i can be able to control them the last time i remeber was about a weird thng that was tracking me and 2 friends and i fight agains it throwing it stones and things like that im agressive in dreams >:D
