ok, i'm no artist and all i wanna do is rant, but why is it that commission-able artists are always closed but yet seem to always post new art, a lot of which are new commissions, its such a pain when they tell you "sorry, i'm not open for commissions at this time" but yet several of the artists i watch are always posting new stuff, some of which are from that day.
