WoW I quit
I'm done with World of Warcraft and all online games. For a number of reasons. The main one is my friends. I played WoW to talk and hang out with two friends who I never get to see in real life (one lives 30 mins away and does nothing. The other moved to North Carolina). But I realized they pretty much ditched me every chance they got. Sure one of them would help me every now and then but, in the end, I'de be left out of everything. Now They both play Maple Story and I will NEVER go back to that game. And they wouldn't start new characters to play with me anyway and I wouldn't catch up. But they would do that for each other... not me.
Also, the friend who lives just 30 mins away ditches me and other friends all the time in real life. We'd all want to hang out since we never see him but he'll blow us off with an excuse of sleep or games.
Other than that I hate online games cause they lack an involving story. They may have a back story, but none that you are fully emerged in. There is also no kind of character development or emotion.
They also just require too much commitment and eat lives.
I'll miss my WoW characters though. I grew attached them.
-Theo, Tauren Druid
-Smudge, Blood Elf Priest
I'll miss them and my others :(
