That all depends on how well my stay is. I'm hoping ten days is long enough for me to get a feel for the bay area and figure if I'll want to live there for a few years.

If that's the case, then I'll probably be moving in the summer.

Ah, okay. Well, San Francisco is fucking gorgeous and there's tons of stuff to do. This was the case when I lived there years ago, and still the case when I visited a couple years ago. It's also balls-expensive and the job market is looking pretty sad right now, but I figured you already knew that. Good luck!

Oh, kick ass. Rent and food and all that are still fucking expensive as fuck there, but with a steady job doing something you're good at and that you like, it shouldn't be an issue.

A couple words of advice though: don't go to Minority Night at bars and Clubs in the Castro. What that basically means is that it's the night for all the creepy middle-aged rice queens to ogle every East Asian or remotely-non-white-looking boy who walks in. No offense, but you look non-white enough to get pestered by those guys trying to give you date-rape drinks.

Also, there's a restaurant called Chow in the Castro that fucking rules. There was a really cute waiter there when I ate there. He was around our age. Maybe he still works there >.>
