It's very simple, refer to the map made by 
Qygen http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3265588 and write down where are your PCA charas born and where do they live currently. You dont have to write down all of them XD

Only two of my kids were born outside of Viridian City:
Krissy was born in Petalburg in Hoenn but moved to Viridian City so they can be closer to the other families.
Helga was born in Hearthome in Sinnoh. She's the odd one out; she's a foreign exchange student.
Everybody else was born in Viridian City and that's where they reside now. Although...
Rucus' family are from the Seviil islands.
Ryuen/Fui's parents are from somewhere in Johto. Probably near Olivine.
Missy's parents came from Vermillion.
Crystalis' ancestors have resided in Viridian and it's vicinity for quite some time even in the present day.
