There has been research into the fact that babies can be smarter due to being overdue. The cause being the brain keeps developing in the womb, the longer it's in, the more it developed.

Or so I have heard somewheres.

That may be why my sister's boobs were so big when she was thirteen.

I'd rather not have to have a c-section though :\ It looks like I'm going to end up with it thanks to this. I was supposed to have one, then he finally flipped head-down at the last moment and it's been a waiting game, then I was 'scheduled' for an induction last night and I'm still not in there being induced. I'm going crazy ._.;

It's okay, I'm just going crazy over all this. I feel bad for my mother in law who came into town for this... and he's still not here ._.;

This may be an odd idea, but have you thought about maybe a birth at home with a midwife? I know its kinda too late in the process but if the hospital is having that much issue, may be an idea.

Considering that I need to be induced for my body to get the point and start labor (I've had.. little to no real contractions at all, just a few sparse ones..) I don't think a midwife would be a good idea. Even then, I don't want a home birth, I'm too far over to feel comfortable with it - I know I'm going to end up with a c-section because I'm barely 5 foot tall, not the widest of frames (I was underweight / a twig before pregnancy) so I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be able to birth him naturally when time DOES finally come ._.;

well hospital or not.as long as its a normal birth and not a c-section.the baby will come out regardless of where you are. heres wishing and praying for the best!

He has to come at the hospital.. *points to above reply* I'm just positive he's going to be too big and I'll need an emergency c-section, after having such a perfect pregnancy it would be logical that the birth would be hell :\ Thanks <3
