Yeah, only thing he needs left are admins, helping in spreading the word, and 90$ in start-up, he'll be able to pay for everything else it seems, i.e. monthly costs.

He even had a detailed layout somewhere in his gallery of how much thought he put into it. And once he had the basics, he was going to confront Dragoneer with it.
