I like it, but you should make the show notes blog link more obvious. Right now it doesn't even look like a link until you mouse over the words.

Might also put in dividers to separate prologue from Act 1, from act 2, etc. Hmm... I dunno. I really like the show notes. Maybe you should make the Show Notes With Episodes blog page the main episode page, with a link to the full episode list at the top of each blog page. It just looks a lot better and more fun with all the information.

BUT it's a great idea to make it easier to get around- just don't make the minimal list the default view.
