why am I sooo stooooopid

when I bought my wacom pad it came with some free software that I just chose to ignore, but I decided to start using SAI for my line art ( I dislike the way it comes out in OC).
well I wasn't paying attention when I booted it up because apparently a window popped up warning me that my trial time was up.
I did a kick ass pic and was doing the line art for it when I was like "let me save it before I leave" and there is NO SAVE OPTION ON THE TRIAL VERSION
this whole time I thought I had the full version and now I'm left with artistic blue balls (Damn cock tease)
I haven't closed the program yet hoping I could salvage something, like maybe a screen capture ( If I only know how) but I think I'm pretty much screwed

then open up paint or photoshop and edit -> paste it
i dont know then im not too good with computers

and try using the screen capture function in it.. then go to the folder where it saves the pictures.
you'll have to 'paste' it into new program.
If you're in photoshop, "new canvas" will automatically resize to the size of your clipboard.
that happened to me with this one Sean and Leon pic but on OC3 or something.
I had to copy pasted abunch and put them back together and once for each layers

And adobe essentials........it doesn't even have a pen tool.
