Hey everyone.
I was recently blown away by two different music videos in the last two days and I thought I'd like to share. The first one is This Too Shall Pass by OK GO (a.k.a. the guys from that treadmill dance video). It's a four minute long Rube Goldberg machine that's all done in a single take, using extremely creative ideas. The second one is by a band that I've never heard of actually. During the music video, many different famous paintings are re-enacted with great attention to detail. It's 70 Million by Hold Your Horses! Here's the video : http://www.vimeo.com/9752986 My favourite recreation was Liberty Leading the People (http://www.vimeo.com/9752986) and Las Meninas http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Las_Meninas).
Although those two that I just named would rank up in my 10 all-time favourites, my top pick is still Take On Me by A-ha. It's got truly great visuals and awesome style to it.
