I used to get that a lot when I was little. I hated it!

Hahaha, no. I had spent years waking up with charley horses, and have also experienced sleep paralysis.
The pain of a charley horse does not even begin to compare to the fear of sleep paralysis.

I would much rather have the pain myself too, yes.

It's happened to me a lot, but I recognize it and it no longer scares me. The flipside is that I have a lot of lucid dreams and I get to have evil fun.

I hope I don't have them long enough to get used to them honestly xnx

This was the first time this had ever happened to me. Hopefully this means it was just a one off :1

On any medications recently? My dreams get really nasty If I'm not on mine.

All the things I'm on I've been on for a couple of months to nearly two years :< I do remember I was on my back though, I hardly ever sleep on my back, and I've heard that that can be a factor in this kind of thing.

I get sleep paralysis a lot, but hardly ever with hallucinations/dreaming. Though once I thought my cat was on me, but he wasn't. Another time I thought my cat was on me, and he was. Hm. But yeah, I get the paralysis part pretty regularly, and I hate it.
