Guess what my father found among all the various oddities from my grandmother's house?
A pair of swastika engraved Nazi daggers.
Before your jaws drop, my grandmother and her siblings were all pure Polish and one of my great uncles fought for the US in WWII. It's a shame he passed away before I was even born, because I would dearly have liked to know the story behind the blades. It's not everyday you find the spoils of war and a piece of history.

Here here, that is something we all would had loved to found out. Maybe he had a journal that might tell the tell or some old letters. Might have to do some more looking around for the answers.
