My Strange Inspiration

Recently I've been working on revising the "Bear and Bull" story, reworking into being the foundation for another story series. My original idea was to place the tale in one of those pseudo-medieval settings. But after I laid out Tarn's background (starting here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3542732/ ) I felt that it would be out of place. Especially when you consider how modern Tarn's accessories look in: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3547218/
I thought it was best to move the setting to Tilharth, the world where Ruulkan and company have all their misadventures. Just because they live in a rather modern republic where magic and technology work in concert doesn't mean the rest of the planet is as developed. Varous kingdoms exist in enclaves in other parts of the continent. Of course, that means Tarn can have access to a variet of new toys, and he might even get to run into a certain burly mage...
Now onto some game related news. I don't play on the Wii as much as the 360 or my computer, but I recently dusted it off. For over a year the only new games I bought for it were downloaded. Today I downloaded Castlevania Adventure ReBirth and the fan-favorite Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Yes, the only thing I use it for is to play old games and remakes of classic series.
Although, there is this game called Tournament of Legends coming out in May. It's a fighting game and one of the characters is a minotaur! I think it's time to actually buy a Wii game from the store in meatspace.

The remakes Castlevania, Gradius and Contra are all very, very good! Those are the only reasons for me to start my Wii up lately. Playing more Xbox lately :)

I wonder if a certain tattooed Minotaur theft might be interested in making an offer f to Tarn for.....

I can see something like that happening, though he'd have to beat Tarn in a fight to be able to enjoy it
