How Long Is Long Enuff For Comisons?

I been whateing on a fare couple for now the longest is about 3 years i think is that long or not long? I got a couple of others about 2 years when i ask the artists they say they have been bussy or theres other stuff that needs to be done first, if this was you what would you do?
I would ask for a refund if possible and ask them to get back to me when they aren't so occupied.
Its bad to procrastinate because then it becomes a huge job in your mind- better just to draw it and ship it right away!
... but to answer your question, yeah, that's too damn long a wait.
