bank, check, or debit card, only way.

though some places you can use paypal with your email addy, must be an online service though usually.

getting a paypal debit card is the best bet however it still requires you to have a bank account or a local credit card linked into your paypal account.

If you ask for a cheek from paypal your looking at at least a four business day wait for it to be written and then shipping time to wherever you are located... Transferring to a bank account takes about three business days however if you do it on the weekend it will almost certainly come in by Monday morning. Also if you attempt to send money to a friend with a paypal card be advised any atm will charge you a fee.... usually $3.50... however actual banks will charge even more...

Sorry.... I know none of this probably helps but I've been a paypal user for nine years due to working online as a "privately" hired teacher and I kind of..... have been in your shoes.... Your best bet is applying for a paypal card for the future and trying to do either the bank transfer or the check option.
