An actual walk around mascot of Figment? He used to only be a puppet taken around by the guy in the top hat and beard.

They redid the ride and took Dreamfinder out. Disney removed Figment out too, but they put him back when they got a lot of complaints about his disappearance. They added an area where you can only meet Figment called Figment's Place. The character meet and greet attraction ended in 2008. There's a few youtube videoes of people meeting him and watching him being silly.

Disney hasn't been very good with Figment lately. :P

Oh, now I remember, when I went there in 2006 they had replaced the old professor character with three named actors, one of them being Robin Williams, another being christopher Lloyd, I think. Depending on when you went in you'd get a different "professor" actor for that trip. They still had lots of Figment merchandise and he had lots of apperances during the ride like during the "sense of smell" stop he'd appear in the form of a skunk.

It happened during the Michael Eisner Era of Disney. The shareholders and the guest complained of the lack of Figment in the ride. He was added back into the ride in 2002. Now Eric Idle is the current professor.
