It stormed pretty much all evening here, not that its a bad thing or anything. I love rain, but the lightening I could do without, thanks to the fact that I can't go online and what not. So Instead, I unplugged my laptop and decided to go through my picture collection here on my compy and filed them... Which took probably about two hours or so. Eh... Lots of yaoi and some pretty yuri pics... Other than that, I really haven't done anything, I did draw though, as I'll be submitting the piece here shortly (if I haven't done it already). In other news, one of my closest friend's father's died the other day so I ended up spending most of my online time talking with her and what not... She lives in texas now, I used to go to school with her. So I wish her happier news and better days to come.

The day before mother's day was a total wreck, I ended up having to coach one of my cashiers for catching an attitude toward me... Not that I like that sort of thing, further the damn store was packed till closing and I didn't get out till 12:40, which is a bit of a record for me to get out of the store on "eves" so to say. And the other CSM didn't help me pull any of the tills- mind you I have to pull 58 registers almost every night... Just a total hassle. Mother's day itself wasn't so bad, I ended up working after trading days with another CSM.. I originally had the day off but felt a mother should have it before me. Called Mom as well, she seemed happy with the picture, but I also felt disappointment (as I expected) with the gift I got for her. *Sighs* Can't make her happy.. Oh well. I tried, that's all I can do I suppose.

Work had a "STARS" inspection today but I was off, as I'm off today and tomorrow... Its a good thing, didn't feel like messing with the bullshit of tense superiors. Feh, nothing's worse than that. *Eye twitch* Work itself has been a lot better since the crowds of the holiday, however I am dreading Memorial Weekend coming up. At least the day before Memorial day I work 9-6, I think Memorial Day itself I work till closing. I'm just sick and tired of how work is done, and how people bitch constantly on how we don't have enough cashiers. I see it this way, you damn well know that we are busy on nights and weekends... Its your own fucking fault for coming to the store. Don't bitch at me or my cashiers its not my fault and if you want to talk to someone above me, you don't have to curse me out. *sighs*

In closing, I'm trying a new style, you can see it on my latest submission of "Wish Upon A Star: Lines" I found myself looking over artists works that are soooo adorable, and I feel slightly small compared to many people... Of course I'm not complaining about my views or watchers either... I'm impressed I've come this far, especially in furry art. None the less I always want to better myself so I'm going to try a new style, a more simplistic yet cuter-way of artwork... Getting rid of the little "kitty" lips that I draw with my foxes and kittens and try just drawing a small nose or no nose at all with none of those lips... Trying to influence it more with the anime-style I've so abandoned over the months. In any case I've said enough for this journal entry. ^^

Oh!! PS!! My 1000 kiriban will be coming very shortly! Get those fingers working for the prtscr (print screen button). *Grins* If you do get a screenshot please note it to me or something along those lines, and please people don't try to edit the screenshot that's just evil... Further... Those who have requests, I haven't forgotten you, just been in a crappy art block!
