██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ The words below are simply opinion, however I feel them to be true. Why else would Attorney Generals on the state level for almost all 50 states be preparing to file a lawsuit against the passing of the Health Care Bill? Why else would those same states be looking into legislature to counteract the bill? And why else would 3/4ths majority of Americans be opposed to the bill before it was even passed?
========And Now Our Feature Presentation========
I'm not one to go off about politics, fact is my stance is on it is. So long as they don't prevent me from reaching goals I set for myself. (I.E. getting a nice home to have the woman of my dreams, and child live with me, and live a comfortable life raising my family).
But with the recent "Health Care" bill passed (Against the majority of Americans, 3/4ths of them to be exact.), the government. Or at least the liberal democrats (far left that is) now have the ability to fine you if you choose not to take their health care plan (comes into effect shortly after the president sings it). Which in and of itself is unconstitutional.
Don't get me wrong there's some good in the bill that was put into it. But the fact is that the "bad" out weighs the "good" things proposed within the bill.
For the longest time it had always been my belief that all democrats wanted was to put more money in their pockets. And I came to the realization that I was only partially right.
As time has gone by steadily the liberals have been working towards having the government take complete control of what we spend our money on, how we live, and what we can and cannot do. You may not be able to see it now because it hasn't gotten that bad. BUT
The thing of it is, is that there's a HUGE majority of people that have become lax, and lazy. Relying on the government to "pay their way of life", and if you like that fine, but the people whom don't want to live that way are the ones paying for it. SO if you so choose to live that way, you should have no right to do what you want, how you want, and when you want. Cause your in fact living a "FREELOADER" life.
The one bright side to Obama being put into office is the fact that this bill was passed, and I say this because the bill is the kind of ridiculousness that was needed in order to finally motivate those that don't want to rely on the government to live off of, and put them into action.
Glenn Beck has been saying it. Mark my words.
There will be a movement that will change the face of the government for the better. Those liberals whom pushed for the passing of the bill will be pushed out of their political position, and replaced with politicians that could quite possibly right the wrongs.
You see in order for this country to financially recover from this recession dilemma is to get investors from other countries to see us making a comeback to a more stable position while the areas their currently investing in are falling. And as that happens, the money coming in, coupled with tax reductions and spending reductions on the government level, will allow us to cut away the National Debt, increase the value of the US Dollar, and thus overall increase the wealth of the people, enabling us all to live "The American Dream".
And I will say this to those who defend the passing of this bill.
Some of you will say "Why don't you take the time to read the bill?", or make some other kind of excuse as to why your defending it.
And the thing of it is. I did read the bill, and the good and bad can be best described as this.
Lets say you had a simple itch, but the only way to get rid of it was to apply this creme (the creme being the bill). However the doctor tells you before applying it. "Yes it will cure your itch, but IT WILL dissolve your arm to mush, stream poison through your blood stream, and eventually kill you."
I can honestly say that those whom defend this bill, are purely fools and blind. And I'd feel proud to say it too because I'm not blind to whats really happening here.

In fact, I can finally get the coverage I need because of this bill, which is still a work in progress.
I guess I am a fool and blind. Thank you.
The substantial evidence is found in the reaction of what you see. There's the "Tea-Party" group that's building and gathering power, at this point their already big enough that many of the same politicians that voted the bill into office, are attempting to get their support.
And just recently on Fox New.com they released new of not only Virgina, and Florida but several others are positioning to oppose the bill.

Quote From New Article:
"At least 36 state legislatures so far have proposed measures to challenge the constitutionality of the new federal bill, while 29 states are also calling for ballot questions to amend their constitutions and 13 are looking to change state law. "
Now don't get me wrong Dineegla, someone in your position could seriously use a health care plan like what this one offers. BUT, the way they went about obtaining it was seriously wrong, and portions of it unconstitutional.

================
The thing of it is, I read the bill, and those things I posted above is just a small portion of what that link I provided gives you. And each one adds up. Honestly ask yourself. Is this health bill in particular, which makes you think it's going to help you, worth it? They tell you that people in your position will get the funding and help you need to get better and yet they didn't tell you that it'll be rationed.
And the sheer fact that they will have direct access to 300 Million American's bank accounts for election funds?
Again Dineegla I apologize if you were offended, but my fellow furry friend. They could have made a health care plan without all this stuff. Keeping it in effect is not worth it, if their merely gonna ration what you get, and base your health care on where you are financially. You really do deserve a better plan than what they just signed into law.
You fail to realize that it is a work in progress still. It's NOT perfect but it's all we've got. I went to personal Blue Cross and Blue Shield back in Jan. of 2007. I missed one damn payment while I was in the HOSPITAL, mind you, and they DROPPED me!!! NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED!! Because I am a Diabetic, the cheapest rate I could get from another carrier, maybe, was $1300 a MONTH!!! That's $15,600 dollars a year! Guess what? My job only pays me $15,500 a year!!! Do you think I'm happy that BC & BS was robbing me??? And then any other provider would f*ck me over?
With the new Health Care plan, I will be able to get coverage, albeit in a high risk pool. I will NOT be denied coverage for any pre-existing condition. They will NOT turn me away because I'm a Diabetic. Do you understand, Soupa? I've been without medical insurance for almost 3 years! God forbid should I have a surgery or such. I have had two hips replaced while on Cobra after losing my job. The cost? $500,000 PLUS! And another stay because I fell down the stairs while I was healing. Another $175,000!! Do you think I have that kind of pocket money?
Under the health care plan I can get my knee fixed and out of this wheelchair. I can again walk unaided.
I agree with you that a lot of people abuse the system. I would love to see all of Congress use the Health care bill. If they had to, you better believe that they would ban together to come up with a better plan. Again, I am confident that this health care bill will continue to change an only get better. But if we whine, protest, and don't help, or be all negative saying "I told you so," all we're going to get is Republicans in control AGAIN and more years of being used and abused. I don't want that. People are lemmings, though. They will only see what's in their immediate future and if it benefits them. Do you know I had a woman make FUN of me because I'm in a wheelchair? She easily had to be 60 years old. And she was a spoiled jerk who was out with her friends in a restaurant and wouldn't move her chair to let MW push me to a booth. That's all I asked.
I was offended, but you need to know why I jumped at you. But it's okay. Until you walk (or wheel, in my case) in my shoes, you'll know why I support it, even in it's present form. Yes, it's a mess right now, but I'm confident that it will be reshaped dfor the good of all people.
