Patterns for Custom Plush

To the people out there that make custom plush. I'm looking for some patterns to work with for lying canines. I'm also interested in using 3d modeling software and plugins or cad tools to create flat patterns from nurbs models so if anyone knows anything about that drop me a line. I want to start doing some soft sculptures.

Trace those pieces out on heavy stock or vellum then use those templates to scale up by outline onto inexpensive fabric. Quick stitch or staple that test animal. Correct as necessary by trimming. Rescale-repeat until desired size is reached.
At that point you have inexpensive fabric patterns that can be laid out flat and traced onto a heavy archival medium. Record the color and type of fabric and section piece name (sketch the animal right on the blank) and save these pattern blanks for production runs.
If you make a beautiful animal, you’ll receive requests for more than one plush sale. Trace, cut, stitch from the inside, overlay panels and stitch deeply and repeatedly over ears and legs for strength. Many sources for eyes. Taxidermy eyes for realistic animals, big over-sized plastic eyes for toony effect, fabric “patch” eyes if you have an embroidery computer (Corel + high end machine).
If you decide to get out of the plush-making business later, you can make money tracing your patterns onto butcher paper and mailing paper patterns to customers. With those patterns, folks can make their own plush copies.
… and yes, it goes without saying that anyone making life-size Renamon or Krystal plush fuckdolls will be buried in orders and cash.
